In the normal course of business, we collect information from our clients including but not limited to their email, credit card number, name, cellphone number. We may share additional information such as the nature of business and marketing strategies on a discretionary basis between the client and writer.

We strictly use all information obtained from the client for the specific order and we keep it private on our database. We use it to maintain or improve customer service levels for future interactions. We do not share any personal or professional details of our clients with third parties under any circumstances, unless we may be compelled to disclose certain information by law.

As a normal part of our efforts to improve service delivery, we occasionally install cookies on clients’ computers. These facilitate us in order to offer clients relevant service packages. We will seek the clients’ permission before installing the cookies when necessary and clients are free to refuse permission to do so.

We produce all the content in response to an order placed by a client is the intellectual property of the client. We do not retain any ownership over the content. We transfer all the rights to the owner at the time of order delivery. We do not publish or use the content for promotional or marketing purposes.

We maintain strict confidentiality of client information and order details. We eliminate this information from our database after a certain period as per our data management policies. The data discarded is completely inaccessible and we do not provide access to any third party or employee of the business.
